1.0 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Avingine ("we," "our," or "the Platform"). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and Avingine.
By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing bets in the game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Game Rules, and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
2.0 Eligibility & Account Registration
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Underage accounts will be terminated immediately upon discovery and any deposited balance handled according to regulatory requirements.
- Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted exactly one (1) account. Registering duplicate accounts under alternative emails or phone numbers is strictly prohibited and subject to account freeze.
- Accurate Details: You agree to provide a valid, verifiable email address and mobile payment phone number registered under your own name.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and two-factor recovery codes.
3.0 Deposits, Withdrawals & Ledger Accounting
All monetary movements on Avingine are recorded on our centralized, single-source-of-truth Main Ledger:
Deposits
Deposits via supported rails (such as M-Pesa Daraja or PayHero) are credited to your ledger balance in real time upon confirmation.
Withdrawals
Cashouts are disbursed back to the verified originating mobile money phone number. Player funds are kept segregated from company operational accounts.
4.0 Game Mechanics & Crash Finality
Avingine operates an Aviator-style ascending curve game:
- Cashout Timing: Players must manually click cash out (or hit an auto-cashout target) before the flight departs. Once the flight crashes, any bet that has not been cashed out is lost.
- Provable Fairness: Round coefficients are determined by a cryptographic hash combination generated before takeoff. Results cannot be modified mid-flight by either the player or the house.
- Automated Settlement: Successfully cashed-out bets are credited immediately to the ledger balance at the multiplier registered at the moment the cashout command reached the server.
